estate markets across Canada. A comprehensive due diligence process led by an experienced and
knowledgeable underwriting team has resulted in a loan loss rate of less than 0.25% since
inception.
► Strong, consistent returns. CMI targets consistent and sustainable returns ranging from 6 - 16%,
and steady monthly cash flow.
► Flexibility and diversity. CMI offers a broad and diverse range of mortgage investment
opportunities that vary across geography, interest rate, duration, security position, borrower type
and more.
► Your investment, your way. CMI’s investment managers curate opportunities based on each
investor’s unique investment profile, but each investor selects the investments that are most
suitable for them.
► Risk mitigation. CMI sources, analyzes, underwrites, and actively manages all mortgages for the
duration of their term. After closing, mortgages are administered and serviced by the in-house team
at CMI Mortgage Services.
